To send a credit card or debit card payment to Westwind Graphics please open and print the form at the bottom of the page, fill  it out completely, sign it and return it one of two ways:

1. FASTEST. You may fax it to our secure fax at 970-667-3538

2. OR, You may mail it to us at: Westwind Graphics , P.O. Box 866, Loveland, CO 80539

3. To prevent identity theft we do not recommend that you e-mail your credit card information unless the information is embedded in a file such as a jpeg.

 After we receive your payment we will email you to let you know we received your order and we will put your order into production. Please be sure that the transaction details are correct.
